TRATADOS ORDENAMIENTO JURÍDICO NICARAGÜENSE ORDENAMIENTO JURÍDICO NICARAGÜENSE DERECHO INTERNACIONAL In this article, the treaties are studied and, in particular, their relationship and hierarchy in the Nicaraguan legal system in the light of International Law, all this as a contribution to try to resolve the serious discrepancies between jurists related to the interaction and hierarchy between these orders caused by gaps and inaccuracies of the Constitution and ordinary legislation and fueled by a fickle and discordant jurisprudence, relatively recent, of the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ). It is observed that in the Nicaraguan legal system there are rules with inaccuracies, mistakes and incorrect procedures or lack of them that can, under certain circumstances, make the State incur international responsibility. En el presente escrito, se estudian los tratados y, en particular, su relación y jerarquía en el ordenamiento jurídico nicaragüense a la luz del Derecho Internacional, todo ello como un aporte para tratar de resolver las serias discrepancias entre juristas relacionadas con la interacción y jerarquía entre dichos ordenamientos ocasionadas por vacíos e imprecisiones de la Constitución y la legislación ordinaria y atizadas por una inconstante y discordante jurisprudencia, relativamente reciente, de la Corte Suprema de Justicia (CSJ). Se observa que en el sistema jurídico nicaragüense existen normas con imprecisiones, equivocaciones y procedimientos incorrectos o falta de éstos que pueden, bajo determinadas circunstancias, hacer incurrir en responsabilidad internacional al Estado.
