In order to acquire these data, a videographic technique was used, using two cameras with visual angles at strategic points in the study area, the pedestrian flow was visualized, the number of people who traveled the area, with an approximate of 2500 people, and the greater density of people in transition, which was from the gallery of Hotel El Panama to the other side of the Via Veneto and vice versa. Este estudio pretende caracterizar la movilidad peatonal en un sector entre las Galerías del Hotel El Panamá y una de las entradas de la Estación del Metro Iglesia del Carmen. El mapeamiento del flujo peatonal fue realizado empleando cámaras filmadoras para captar el patrón de comportamiento en un horario especifico de un día típico de verano, con un aproximado de 2500 personas. La video filmación utilizó dos cámaras con ángulos visuales en puntos estratégicos del área de estudio. Más del 60% de las personas transitaron del área techada de la Galería del Hotel El Panamá hacia el otro lado de la vía Véneto y viceversa.
