This building has a transitional space (a covered sidewalk) in the shape of a "U" that forms a small square and also has an external sidewalk parallel to the Vía España Avenue. Three strategically located filming cameras were used to document the flow of pedestrians from the building's transitional space and the external sidewalk.  Este artículo tiene por objetivo documentar la movilidad peatonal en el entorno próximo al edificio Plaza Regency. Este edificio tiene un espacio de transición perimetral (acera techada) en forma de "U" que configura una pequeña plaza y, en la servidumbre frontal, tiene una acera externa paralela a la Avenida Vía España.
