Central Park and its potential influence on the environmental comfort of one of the apartments in the tower complex. This set of towers is located in Pueblo Nuevo in Panama City, close to the 12 de Octubre metro station. From the architectural plans and a georeferenced 3D modeling of the complex, the direct solar incidence in apartment 9F (9th floor) of the Lexington Tower was evaluated. The results indicate that the thermal and light comfort in the main bedroom of said apartment is influenced by the orientation and location of the Tower and especially by the absence of shading elements on its frontage. : El presente estudio analizó el diseño arquitectónico del residencial P.H. Central Park y su potencial influencia en el confort ambiental de uno de los apartamentos del conjunto de torres. Ese conjunto de torres está ubicado en Pueblo Nuevo en la ciudad de Panamá, próximo a la estación del metro 12 de octubre. A partir de las plantas arquitectónicas y de un modelado 3D georreferenciado del conjunto se evaluó la incidencia solar directa en el apartamento 9F (piso 9) de la Torre Lexington. Los resultados apuntan que el confort térmico y lumínico en la recámara principal de dicho apartamento está influenciado por la orientación y localización de la Torre y especialmente por la ausencia de elementos de sombra en su fachada.
