The ways in which the city is arranged, its orientation, the height of its buildings, the width of the streets, the availability of green areas and the amount of paved area are important factors when analyzing the microclimate that occurs in the different sectors of a city.   This study focuses on the Paitilla sector, we describe its morphological characteristics, where an area of 52 hectares of the total 92 of the sector was determined, where various land uses are developed with the presence of buildings of different heights, by making maps we represent its existing conditions, as well as the use of tools such as Google Earth and Google Maps, where it was evaluated that current conditions do not favor pedestrians, being a sector with a mostly irregular road layout and with less green or permeable area than other sites surrounding. El desarrollo de la morfología urbana de nuestras ciudades, determina e influye en los microclimas que se originan dentro de las mismas. Las formas en las que se dispone la ciudad, su orientación, la altura de sus edificios, el ancho de las calles, la disponibilidad de las áreas verdes y la cantidad de área pavimentada son factores importantes al momento de analizar el microclima que se produce en los diferentes sectores de una ciudad.   Este estudio se enfoca en el sector de Paitilla, describimos sus características morfológicas, donde se determinó un área de 52 has del total de 92 del sector, donde se desarrollan diversos usos de suelo con presencia de edificaciones de distintas alturas, mediante la realización de mapas representamos sus condiciones existentes, al igual que el uso de herramientas como Google Earth y Google Maps, donde se evaluó que las condiciones actuales no favorecen a los peatones, siendo un sector con trazado vial mayormente irregular y con menor área verde o permeable que otros sitios aledaños.
