Perlocutorio ilocutorio actos del habla lingüística hablante oyente Perlocutory illocutionary speech acts linguistics speaker listener The present study corresponds to a review of the state of the art on the perlocutory and illocutionary in speech acts, the analysis contributes to the generation of a theoretical corpus that facilitates its understanding within the field of linguistics. As a methodology, it uses the type of documentary research with bibliographic design in which the analytical and interpretive-critical character prevails. Documentary observation, content analysis and a registration matrix are used to collect data from secondary sources. As final considerations, it is suggested that speech implies the simultaneous performance of the illocutionary act, denoting the intentionality of the speaker and, perlocutionary, that underlies the effect that the statement has on the listener, how he interprets it and, therefore, how does it feel to understand that statement. Therefore, the statements are transformed into more than grammatically structured linguistic units, meaning communication instruments subject to cultural codes, conditioned by the position of the speaker, the listener and the environment in which the action takes place. El presente estudio corresponde a una revisión del estado del arte sobre lo per-locutorio e ilocutorio en los actos del habla, el análisis contribuye a la generación de un corpus teórico que facilite su comprensión dentro del campo de la lingüística. Como metodología utiliza el tipo de investigación documental con diseño bibliográfico, en el cual prevalece el carácter analítico e interpretativo-crítico. Para la recolección de datos de las fuentes secundarias se utiliza la observación documental, el análisis de contenido y, una matriz de registro. Como consideraciones finales, se plantea que el habla lleva implícito la realización, simultáneo del acto ilocutivo, denotando la intencionalidad del hablante y, perlocutivo que, subyace en el efecto que el enunciado tiene sobre el oyente, cómo lo interpreta y, por tanto, cómo se siente al entender ese enunciado.
