This paper aims to identify the relationship of Corporate Social Responsibility with Human Rights and then analyze the viability of its legal regulation in Nicaragua. For this we will address the link between Corporate Social Responsibility and Human Rights; its legal status in Nicaragua; and finally, the need for its legal regulation. The present investigation is of theoretical documentary type, with a qualitative approach and a descriptive compilation scope, the documentary revision was used as research technique. With this work we have contributed to reflect that the activity called Corporate Social Responsibility is not a simple business model, but it must be an imperative condition for doing business for human rights that may be seriously affected in the exercise of business activity, and therefore the need for its legal regulation in our country. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo Identificar la relación de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial con los Derechos Humanos para luego analizar la viabilidad de su regulación jurídica en Nicaragua. Para ello abordaremos la vinculación de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial con los Derechos Humanos; su estatus jurídico en Nicaragua; y por último la necesidad de su regulación jurídica. La presente investigación es de tipo teórico documental, con un enfoque cualitativo y un alcance compilativo descriptivo y se utilizó como técnica de investigación la revisión documental. Con el presente trabajo se ha contribuido a reflexionar que la actividad llamada Responsabilidad Social Empresarial no es un simple modelo de negocios, si no, que debe ser una condición imperativa para hacer negocios por los derechos humanos que pueden verse gravemente afectados en el ejercicio de la actividad empresarial y por consiguiente la necesidad de su regulación jurídica en nuestro país.
