Corrupción, expolio, Derecho penal internacional. This article analyses the construction of a model type of Indigenous Spoliation in order to lay the basis for its definition as a crime under international law. To do a preliminary analysis of the criteria that justify the criminalization of this behavior as a crime under international law is made. Also, this article analyzes the desirability of extending the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court for these behaviors. En este artículo se aborda la construcción de un modelo tipo de expolio de las riquezas nacionales con el propósito de sentar las bases para su definición como un crimen de derecho internacional. Para ello se hace un análisis previo de los criterios que justifican la incriminación de este comportamiento como un crimen de derecho internacional. Asimismo, se aborda la conveniencia de ampliar la jurisdicción de la Corte Penal Internacional para estas conductas.
