This movement had other continuities in the third and fourth decade of the same century; however its main milestones and issues were produced in the twenties. In 1821 the Ansiatist appears reflected officially in the Panamanian constitution, a year later, in 1826, the Constitutional Act September 13 identified the issue with new focus and projection giving another perspective to the event. This research focuses on the early years of the Ansiatist.    Esta investigación examina el surgimiento del Movimiento Anseatista que fue la resultante de un proceso histórico que surgió y se desarrolló en la década veinte del siglo XIX. Tuvo otras continuidades en la tercera y cuarta décadas de ese siglo, sin embargo, sus principales hitos y problemáticas se produjeron en los años veinte. En 1821 aparece reflejado oficialmente el tema Anseatista en la constitución panameña, años más tarde, en 1826, el Acta Constitucional del 13 de septiembre planteó el asunto con nuevos matices y proyecciones que desde ese momento le dan otra perspectiva al fenómeno. Por ello, el estudio se centra en estos años germinales del anseatismo.
