Mismas que confluyen entre la capacidad gubernamental y los actores sociales, así como en políticas que determinan la gestión pedagógica, las que, a su vez, repercuten en la gestión y los modelos educativos. Dicho artículo expone cómo el proceso educativo, a pesar de estar determinado por las políticas, es la vía indiscutible para lograr mejores condiciones de vida para todos los que habitan el país, mediante el desarrollo de mecanismos sociales de inclusión en la vida política, mayor equidad en las oportunidades, respeto por la divergencia y las libertades civiles.Palabras clave: políticas educativas, gestión educativa y gestión pedagógica.AbstractThe essay that is going to be discussed below, describes in a critical level the situation at the current Mexican education, in light of public education policies. Same confluence between the ability of governments and social actors, just as they determine the pedagogical management, which affect educational management and educational models and how the educational process, despite being determined by policy, is an undisputed way to achieve a better life for all who inhabit the country by developing social mechanisms of inclusion into political life, greater equality of opportunity, respect for difference and civil liberties.
