The central objective of the study was to establish the links between individual self-realization and the corporate needs of public and private companies, which are key to generating a national productive dynamic of justice, motivation, modernity and social and human development. For its development, a huge review of books and scientific articles was carried out, an action that allowed generating analysis methods and the concurrent recommendations and conclusions. Este artículo es un reporte de mi libro Autorrealización individual y éxito empresarial: procesos convergentes, publicado en USA, Columbia, S.C.  en mayo de 2023, por la editorial estadounidense Amazon KDP e, igualmente, presentado en el XXXI Congreso Científico Nacional organizado por la Vicerrectoría de Investigación y Posgrado de la Universidad de Panamá el 11 de octubre de 2023.  El objetivo central del estudio fue establecer los nexos entre la autorrealización individual y las necesidades corporativas de las empresas públicas y privadas, los cuales son claves para generar una dinámica productiva nacional de justicia, motivación, modernidad y desarrollo social y humano.  Para su desarrollo se cumplió una ingente revisión de libros y artículos científicos, accionar que permitió generar metódicas de análisis y las concurrentes recomendaciones y conclusiones.
