These processes were described, where deficiencies were found, which were solved by automating them by means of the most optimal alternative. This study has a qualitative approach, it is descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional, the population was made up of a person from the administrative area, and data was collected through interviews and documentary analysis. Once the difficulties were analyzed, four alternatives were formulated to automate the processes under study: desktop software, web application, mobile application, and canned software; selecting the desktop software by analyzing feasibility studies. El presente trabajo evalúa procesos de matrícula, facturación, inventario y pago de nómina, en el Jardín Experimental “Arco Iris”, en Matagalpa durante el 2019. Se describieron dichos procesos, donde se encontraron deficiencias, las cuales se solucionaron mediante la automatización de los mismos por medio de la alternativa más óptima. Este estudio tiene un enfoque cualitativo, es descriptivo, no experimental y de corte transversal, la población fue conformada por una persona del área administrativa, se recolectaron datos por medio de entrevistas y análisis documental. Una vez analizadas las dificultades, se formularon cuatro alternativas para automatizar los procesos en estudio: software de escritorio, aplicación web, aplicación móvil y software enlatado; seleccionando el software de escritorio mediante el análisis de estudios de factibilidad.
