Problems such as redundancy of records, delay in administrative activities, increased documentation, among others. These problems were minimized through the automation of processes concerning the requirements analysis carried out, for this purpose, a local web application was selected as a development proposal, based on the feasibility studies. Among the benefits provided by this alternative are a reduction in the execution time of each process efficiently, reports generated with the security required by the client, and the total reduction of redundancy in the data entered into the application, benefiting the administrative and teaching areas. from this study center. This study sets the standard for the socio-critical paradigm through participatory action research, it is an applied research, with a qualitative approach, it is descriptive, longitudinal, the object of study was made up of 17 people divided into: director, secretary and 15 teachers, which reflects the teaching and administrative staff of the center. El presente trabajo analiza los procesos de matrícula, pago arancelario, registro de calificaciones en el Centro Técnico Rural Agropecuario (CETRA) “ABYA YALA” ubicado en el municipio de San Dionisio, Matagalpa en el año 2020. Se detectaron problemas tales como: redundancia de registros, retraso de actividades administrativas, aumento de documentación, entre otros. Dichos problemas se minimizaron mediante la automatización de procesos en relación al análisis de requerimientos realizado, para ello se seleccionó como propuesta de desarrollo una aplicación web local, teniendo como base los estudios de factibilidad. Entre los beneficios brindados por esta alternativa están: reducción de tiempo de ejecución de cada proceso de manera eficiente, reportes generados con la seguridad requerida por el cliente y la reducción total de redundancia en los datos ingresados a la aplicación, beneficiando al área administrativa y docente de este centro de estudios. El presente estudio da pauta al paradigma socio-crítico a través de una investigación-acción participativa, es una investigación aplicada, con enfoque cualitativo, es descriptivo, de corte longitudinal, el objeto de estudio fue conformado por 17 personas divididas en: director, secretaria y 15 docentes, las cuales refleja el personal docente y administrativo del centro.
