Endeudamiento psicología económica consumo deuda Indebtedness economic psychology consumption debt The scale of attitudes towards indebtedness is validated, developed by Denegri et al., (2012), which consists of 11 items in a Likert-type format, with four response options: strongly agree, agree, disagree and strongly disagree, scoring 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of 321 students from the Universidad Latina, Santiago campus, distributed in six faculties, in 2019. To measure the internal consistency of the scale, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. The data was processed with Microsoft Excel 2016, and the free download plugin XRealStats for that version. The result was an alpha of 0.74, which implies an assessment of the reliability of the acceptable elements. Se valida la escala de actitudes frente al endeudamiento, desarrollada por Denegri et al., (2012), la cual consta de 11 ítems en formato tipo likert, con cuatro opciones de respuesta: muy de acuerdo, de acuerdo, en desacuerdo y muy en desacuerdo, puntuando 1, 2, 3 y 4 respectivamente. El cuestionario se aplicó a una muestra de 321 estudiantes de la Universidad Latina, Sede Santiago, distribuidos en seis facultades, en el año 2019.  Para medir la consistencia interna de la escala, se empleó el Coeficiente alfa de Cronbach.  Los datos se procesaron con Microsoft Excel 2016, y el complemento de descarga libre XRealStats para esa versión. El resultado fue un alfa de 0.74, lo cual implica una valoración de la fiabilidad de los ítems aceptable.
