Para contestar a esta pregunta me refiero en una primera parte al carácter icónico de los retratos de  os desparecidos, para luego entender cuál es el marco sobre el cual se instala la afirmación acerca de lo irrepresentable.  Against the continuous assertion of the incapability of represent events, I present the next question: Where does originate the idea about the unimaginable, irrepresentable, unspeakable character of the genocide processes of 20th century?
