From a theoretical point of view, an analysis is carried out based on concepts such as xenophobia, interculturality, Civic Education and Pedagogy of Otherness. These concepts are fundamental for the methodological section where each of the stages implies the development of the proposed objectives: the documentary analysis, interviews with teachers and administrators and teacher training workshop on the pedagogy of otherness. From the pedagogy of otherness, the deconstruction of practices that tarnish adequate human coexistence, such as xenophobia, is advocated for the construction of a pedagogy of Nos-Others, where, based on empathy and otherness, the understanding of the other and their contributions is sought in the construction of a just and democratic society. El propósito de este documento es articular diferentes procesos que intervinieron en el trabajo final de la Licenciatura en la Enseñanza de los Estudios Sociales y Educación Cívica. Desde un punto de vista teórico, se realiza un análisis a partir de conceptos como xenofobia, interculturalidad, educación cívica y pedagogía de la alteridad. Estos conceptos son fundamentales para el apartado metodológico donde cada una de las etapas implica el desarrollo de los objetivos propuestos: el análisis documental, entrevistas a docentes y directivos y el taller de formación docente sobre la pedagogía de la alteridad. Desde la pedagogía de la alteridad se aboga por la deconstrucción de prácticas que atentan contra la adecuada convivencia humana, como la xenofobia, para la construcción de una pedagogía del nos-otros, donde a partir de la empatía y la otredad se promueva la comprensión del otro y sus aportes en la construcción de una sociedad justa y democrática. O objetivo deste documento é articular diferentes processos que intervieram no trabalho final da Licenciatura em Docência em Estudos Sociais e Educação Cívica. Do ponto de vista teórico, é feita uma análise a partir de conceitos como xenofobia, interculturalidade, Educação Cívica e Pedagogia da Alteridade. Esses conceitos são essenciais para a seção metodológica onde cada uma das etapas envolve o desenvolvimento dos objetivos propostos: análise documental, entrevistas com professores e gestores e oficina de formação de professores sobre a pedagogia da alteridade. A partir da pedagogia da alteridade, advoga-se a desconstrução de práticas que ameaçam a convivência humana adequada, como a xenofobia, para a construção de uma pedagogia do Nós-Outro, onde, a partir da empatia e da alteridade, a compreensão do outro e suas contribuições na construção de uma sociedade justa e democrática.
