These alterations are linked to human activities, and without proper management they can cause impacts that generate direct impacts from deforestation, forest degradation, and overexploitation of natural resources; and as indirect causes, social, economic and political factors. The study was developed in two fragments of forests of the community of Metetí, Province of Darién. a secondary Natural Forest in regeneration located behind the Centro Regional Universitario de Darién and an agroforestry system that is part of the Fundación Pro niños del Darién. In both forest fragments, tours were made, observing and recording the well-identified anthropogenic disturbances. In the Agroforestry System, large impacts are shown by the different anthropogenic disturbances. However, in the regenerating secondary natural forest, there was a poor disposal of solid waste and low deforestation. With these findings coupled with the lack of management of these fragments of forests can reduce their recovery affecting the productive capacity of the soil. For this reason, it is recommended to implement strategies that promote their regeneration and prevent forest degradation, improving the ecological and economic value for farmers and ranchers. Los efectos negativos en la estructura y funcionalidad de los bosques pueden ser generadas por las perturbaciones antropogénicas, haciendo necesario la atención urgente para su restauración. Estas alteraciones se vinculan con actividades humanas, y sin un adecuado manejo pueden provocar afectaciones que generan impactos directos desde deforestación, degradación del bosque, y sobreexplotación de recursos naturales; y como causas indirectas, factores sociales, económicos o políticos. El estudio se desarrolló en dos fragmentos de bosques de la comunidad de Metetí, Provincia de Darién. un Bosque Natural secundario en regeneración localizado detrás del Centro Regional Universitario de Darién y un sistema agroforesteria que forma parte de la Fundación Pro niños del Darién. En ambos fragmentos de bosques se realizaron recorridos, observando y anotando las perturbaciones antropogénicas bien identificadas. En el Sistema agroforestería se muestra mayores impactos por las diferentes perturbaciones antropogénicas. Sin embargo, en el bosque natural secundario en regeneración se observaron mala disposición de desechos sólidos y baja deforestación. Con estos hallazgos y sin una gestión de manejo de estos fragmentos de bosques posiblemente pueden disminuir su recuperación afectando la capacidad productiva del suelo. Por tal razón, se recomienda implementación de estrategias que promueva su regeneración y prevenga la degradación del bosque, mejorando el valor ecológico y económico para agricultores y ganaderos.
