The study is structured taking the support of the theory of the triple helix model, which explains the complexity of the relationships and interactions between these pillars of modern society. This study also focuses on the relevant role of UNAN Managua in the formation of human talent, and its commitment with the quality that society requires and in harmony with the policies and development plans of the Nicaraguan state. Finally, some concrete actions of mutual collaboration between university-state and university-enterprise that have collapsed borders between these organizations, guaranteeing the intervention of the university in the economy and society; at the same time that it foments its own growth.Keywords: triple helix, bonding, private enterprise. El propósito del escrito es analizar la estrategia de vinculación universidad-empresa-estado implementada por la comunidad universitaria de la Facultad Regional Multidisciplinaria Estelí, como factor del crecimiento integral que ha tenido está facultad en los últimos años de funcionamiento. El estudio se estructura tomando el sustento de la teoría del modelo de la triple hélice, que permite explicar la complejidad de las relaciones e interacciones entre estos pilares de la sociedad moderna. Seguidamente se enfoca en el papel relevante de UNAN Managua en la formación del talento humano, su compromiso con la calidad que requiere la sociedad y en sintonía armoniosa con las políticas y planes de desarrollo del estado nicaragüense. Finalmente se destacan algunas acciones concretas de colaboración mutua universidad-estado y universidad-empresa, que han derrumbado fronteras entre estas organizaciones, garantizando la intervención de la universidad en la economía y la sociedad; a la vez que fomenta su propio crecimiento.Palabras claves: triple hélice, vinculación, empresa privada.
