description Con el objetivo de dar a conocer los resultados y avances del Programa de Doctorado “Gestión y Calidad de la Investigación Científica” (DOGCINV), al Primer Aniversario de su implementación, 2016-2017, se presenta este ensayo a fin de destacar los logros de este programa como aporte institucional de la FAREM Estelí, al fortalecimiento de los programas de doctorado de la UNAN-Managua. Se destacan como hallazgos relevantes al “Primer Aniversario del DOGCINV, 2016-2017”: (1) Definido su tema de investigación y elaborado su Proyecto de Investigación de Doctorado, (2) Aprobado su Proyecto de Investigación por tribunal examinador correspondiente del doctorado, defendidos exitosamente el 9, 10, 11 y 30 de junio 2017. Nota promedio del grupo = 96.70, (3) Definido el asesor de su doctorado para c/u de los doctorantes, (4) Aprobados los 125 créditos obligatorios del doctorado para c/u de los doctorantes. Nota promedio del grupo = 92.89, (5) Todos los doctorantes han aprobado al menos uno de los cursos optativos de su doctorado, (6) Buen cumplimiento en los pagos que corresponden al Programa de Doctorado DOGCINV, (7) El 100 % de los doctorantes están satisfechos de su avance en el Programa de Doctorado DOGCINV. Durante su Primer año los doctorantes del DOGCINV demostraron tener fortalezas tales como: (1) Alto grado motivación e interés profesional por nuevos aprendizajes, (2) Alto grado de Disciplina, (3) Alto grado de Responsabilidad, (4) Alto grado de Identidad y Compromiso institucional y profesional para cumplir los compromisos establecidos en el DOGCINV.Palabras claves: Modelo I+D+i de UNAN-Managua, Gestión y Calidad de la Investigación, Enfoque Mixto de Investigación.

They stand out as relevant findings to the “First Anniversary of the DOGCINV, 2016-2017”: (1) Defined its research topic and drafted its Doctorate Research Project, (2) Approved its Research Project by corresponding doctoral examining board, defended successfully on 9, 10, 11 and 30 of June 2017. Average grade of the group = 96.70, (3) Defined the advisor of his doctorate for each of the doctorate students, (4) Approved the 125 compulsory credits of the doctorate for c / u of the doctorate students. Average grade of the group = 92.89, (5) All the doctoral students have approved at least one of the optional courses of their doctorate, (6) Good compliance in the payments corresponding to the Doctorate Program DOGCINV, (7) 100% of the PhD students are satisfied with their progress in the DOGCINV Doctoral Program. During their first year the doctorantes of the DOGCINV demonstrated to have strengths such as: (1) High degree of motivation and professional interest for new learning, (2) High degree of Discipline, (3) High degree of Responsibility, (4) High degree of Identity and Institutional and professional commitment to fulfill the commitments established in the DOGCINV.Keywords: UNAN-Managua R & D & I Model, Research Management and Quality, Mixed Research Focus.
