The article concludes by identifying key similarities and differences among these systems, underscoring their crucial role in advancing the international protection of human rights. Este artículo analiza los principales sistemas regionales de protección de los derechos humanos: el europeo, el interamericano y el africano, junto con sus órganos fundamentales. Se enfoca en el Tribunal Europeo de Derechos Humanos, la Comisión y Corte Interamericanas de Derechos Humanos, y la Comisión y Corte Africanas de Derechos Humanos y de los Pueblos.
