In accordance with this idea, the figure of the magistracies was created, in charge of the administration of the Supreme Court of Justice, empowering the judge to impart justice and order the execution of the judgment. In the particular case of Honduras, in 2022 the election process for the candidates for Supreme Court Magistrates was carried out, for this reason it is considered that this study is pertinent to understand in a general way the behavior of the processes in Central America, to identify the patterns and challenges in Honduras for the election and appointment, the analysis and evolution of the Honduran legal framework.  La Justicia representa un derecho humano y uno de los más altos valores de la sociedad, en ese sentido la Convención Americana de Derechos Humanos recopila en su artículo 8 y 9 las garantías judiciales, el principio de legalidad y retroactividad mismos que son ejecutados por un juez o tribunal de la competencia de cada país. Acorde con esta idea se creó la figura de las magistraturas, encargadas de la administración de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, facultando al juez para impartir la justicia y ordenar ejecutar lo juzgado. En el caso particular de Honduras en 2022 se realizó el proceso de elección de los candidatos a Magistrados de la Corte Suprema, por ello se considera que este estudio es pertinente para entender de forma general el comportamiento de los procesos en Centroamérica, identificar los patrones y desafíos en Honduras para la elección y nombramiento, el análisis y evolución del marco jurídico hondureño.
