De todo lo expuesto, se extraen algunas recomendaciones prácticas. Using a text chosen as a point of departure, this comparative analysis of the Spanish and English versions addresses three main aspects: the contextualization of the document (function, target audience, genre of discourse, etc.); the scope of legal translation; and the analysis of ten cases of particular interest within the discipline of translation studies.
