From a general perspective, the hypothesis held in this paper will sustain, simultaneously, that such referents are instruments for the reproduction of a given social order. En el artículo se sostiene la tesis según la cual los PGD, más allá de una fuente, son parte de los instrumentos con los que cuenta el Derecho para llevar a cabo uno de sus fines reconocidos: la justicia, más concretamente la justicia protectiva.
