These reflections are based on how the effects of the new labor provisions have impacted labor relations and benefits, in the post-pandemic period, from March 2020 to the present day. The reflections offer a historical overview of what happened with the appearance of Covid-19, in labor matters in Panama City. Various bibliographic and infographic sources were used on everything that happened at the beginning, during and after the pandemic. Also, various indicators were considered, such as vacations, thirteenth months, seniority premium, notice and compensation, which were affected by the various changes introduced in the legal statutes, as containment measures to counteract the effects of the pandemic on the population. economy, social and family life. However, despite the 61 new regulations issued, including resolutions, decrees and laws, including those of the Ministry of Health, there are biases that have affected post-pandemic employment benefits. Estas reflexiones se basan de cómo los efectos de las nuevas disposiciones laborales han impactado las relaciones y prestaciones laborales, en el período post pandémico, desde marzo 2020 hasta nuestros días.  Las reflexiones ofrecen un panorama histórico sobre lo acontecido con la aparición del Covid-19, en materia laboral en la ciudad de Panamá.  Se utilizaron diversas fuentes bibliográfica e infográfica sobre todo lo acontecido al inicio, durante y después de la pandemia.   También, se consideraron diversos indicadores como son las vacaciones, décimo tercer mes, prima de antigüedad, preaviso y las indemnizaciones, que fueron afectados con los diversos cambios introducidos en los estatutos legales, como medidas de contención para contrarrestar los efectos de la pandemia en la economía, vida social y familiar. No obstante, a pesar de las 61 nuevas normas emitidas, entre resoluciones, decretos y leyes, incluyendo las del Ministerio de Salud, existen sesgos que han afectado las prestaciones laborales post pandemia.
