The poor training and attitudes of the teachers and the bad planning of the educational policies are some of the topics implicit throughout this document. Tomando como referente teórico el plan pedagógico liberador propuesto por Paulo Freire, en este ensayo se hace un análisis de los indicadores que permiten evidenciar en el modelo educativo nacional una crisis de libertad desde la perspectiva del docente, el estudiante y el ente rector de la educación secundaria: el Ministerio de Educación Pública. El tema de la mala formación y actitud de los docentes, al igual que la mala planificación de las políticas educativas, se encuentra implícito a lo largo del documento.
