Simultaneously, psychopedagogical guidelines are proposed to foster self-regulation and learning autonomy in artistic expression. The article concludes with the development of a didactic sequence model aimed at ballet instruction for contemporary dance dancers, progressively promoting self-regulation and learning autonomy within this discipline. En el presente artículo, se exponen los principios de la educación somática y su relación con la enseñanza del ballet para bailarines de danza contemporánea. Se propone a la vez el planteamiento de orientaciones psicopedagógicas para el desarrollo de la autorregulación y la autonomía del aprendizaje en la expresión artística. Se concluye con la creación de un modelo de secuencia didáctica dirigido a la enseñanza del ballet para bailarines de danza contemporánea y que promueva de manera progresiva la autorregulación y la autonomía del aprendizaje de esta disciplina.
