Likewise, it seeks to show the importance of humanizing educational management in the achievement of objectives and goals, under the notions of efficiency and effectiveness in basic and secondary education in a scenario of social gap, educational change, pedagogical turn and training crisis. En este ensayo, se reflexiona en torno a la necesidad de reorientar la gestión escolar para que atienda, por un lado, los requerimientos de la política educativa nacional en términos de indicadores medibles de calidad propios de la economía global, que promueve el Ministerio de Educación colombiano, y, por otro lado, se integren en las nociones de la calidad educativa tres ejes de interpretación: 1) pensar la gestión escolar como puente desde el proyecto educativo institucional; 2) la calidad educativa y brecha escolar; y 3) temer o humanizar la eficiencia y la eficacia. Asimismo, se busca mostrar la importancia de humanizar la gestión educativa en la consecución de objetivos y metas, bajo las nociones de eficiencia y eficacia en la educación básica y media en un escenario de brecha social, cambio educativo, giro pedagógico y crisis de la formación.
