This research aims to know the level of satisfaction and achievement goals of students enrolled in seventh semester of the Degree in Pre-School and Primary Education Teaching. This empirical study analyses the relation between gender, specialization, student satisfaction, and achievement goals in a sample of 293 respondents in their last year of university; they study in two universities located in Granada (Spain), which are the Faculty of Educational Sciences-FCCE (public institution), and the University School-La Inmaculada (private university). A quantitative, descriptive, and cross-sectional design was used to develop a relational study to analyze the degree of dependence between achievement goals, student satisfaction, gender, and attainment of degrees. The results showed that the students enrolled in the Degree in Pre-School and Primary Education Teaching are satisfied with their degree; they highlighted the performance of teamwork and the quality of the teachers. In addition, students emphasized the attention teachers paid to them, their punctuality, and the low absenteeism. Furthermore, men are frequently associated with competitiveness, high performance achievement, and results. In the opposite, women are related with task-orientation, carrying it out with a greater competence. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal conocer el nivel de satisfacción y de metas de logro del estudiantado matriculado en el séptimo semestre del grado de docente en infantil y primaria. El presente estudio empírico relaciona aspectos de género, especialidad, satisfacción del alumnado hacia el grado y metas de logro de estos sobre un total de 293 participantes de último curso de grado, procedentes de dos centros universitarios ubicados en la ciudad de Granada (España), la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación-FCCE (pública) y La Inmaculada-Escuela Universitaria (privada). Se utilizó un diseño de carácter cuantitativo descriptivo y de tipo transversal, donde se desarrolló un estudio relacional para analizar el grado de dependencia entre las metas de logro, el grado de satisfacción, el género y la titulación de los sujetos. Los principales resultados obtenidos en este estudio indican que el estudiantado matriculado en el séptimo semestre del grado analizado se encuentra satisfecho con su titulación, destaca la realización y desempeño de trabajos en equipo y la calidad del personal docente, la atención que les prestan y la puntualidad y escaso absentismo hacia las clases. Los varones buscan más el rendimiento, la competitividad y la consecución de resultados; frente a féminas, que buscan la aproximación a la tarea, realizándola con la mayor competencia. O objetivo desta pesquisa é conhecer o nível de satisfação e de realizações dos estudantes do sétimo semestre em docência infantil e ensino fundamental. Este estudo empírico relaciona aspectos de gênero, especialidade, satisfação dos estudantes em alcançar as metas propostas. Participaram 293 estudantes do último curso da carreira, procedentes de duas universidades localizadas na cidade de Granada (Espanha), da Faculdade de Educação-FCCE (pública) e La Inmaculada-Escuela Universitaria (particular). O esquema deste projeto consta de um modelo quantitativo e descritivo e de tipo transversal, onde foi realizado um estudo relacional para analisar o grau de dependência entre as metas logradas, o nível de satisfação, o gênero e as qualificações dos indivíduos Os principais resultados obtidos neste estudo indicam que os alunos matriculados no sétimo semestre de docência estão satisfeito com as suas qualificações, destacando-se os trabalhos em grupo e a qualidade dos professores, a atenção brindada, a pontualidade e o baixo absenteísmo nas aulas. Os homens procuram mais desempenho, competitividade e obtenção de resultados; as mulheres se preocupam em desempenhar de forma cuidadosa e detalhada as tarefas que lhes incumbe.
