This has enabled it not to remain static in its development, but to seek alternative solutions to make them available to public institutions and thereby improve living conditions around the world. Among these solution alternatives, technological innovations applicable to public registries have arisen in order to maintain the service they provide and through which the legal security of the population regarding real rights and registry publicity is guaranteed.The celebration of the meetings of the Latin American Registry Consultation Committee opens the doors to learn about the changes that each of the countries invited to them present at the registry level, and whose diffusion, the development of the improvement of the activities of the registrars for the benefit of the users of the Public Registries, regardless of whether these are personal property, real estate, people or guarantees, being represented with the new digitized registry service. La humanidad ha sido transformada por muchos factores a través de la historia, y acontecimientos como la pandemia por COVID-19 no han sido la excepción, ya que, si bien es cierto, su reproducción y difusión trajo consigo el aislamiento social a nivel mundial, también sacó lo mejor del ser humano: su creatividad. Lo que le ha valido para no permanecer estático en su desarrollo, sino buscar alternativas de solución para ponerlas a disposición de las instituciones públicas y mejorar con ello las condiciones de vida de todo el mundo. Entre esas alternativas de solución ha surgido las innovaciones tecnológicas aplicables en los registros públicos con el fin de mantener el servicio que estos prestan y a través de los cuales se garantiza la seguridad jurídica de la población sobre derechos reales y la publicidad registral. La celebración de los encuentros del Comité Latinoamericano de Consulta Registral abre las puertas para conocer de los cambios que a nivel registral presenta cada uno de los países invitados a los mismos, y por cuya difusión, mantiene latente el desarrollo del mejoramiento de las actividades de los registradores en beneficio de los usuarios de los Registros Públicos, independiente de que estos sean de bienes muebles, inmuebles, personas o garantías, siendo representado con el nuevo servicio registral digitalizado.
