The objective of this research is to evaluate the organizational climate among students, professors and administrative officials linked to the Master's program in Applied Statistics of the Faculty of Natural, Exact and Technology Sciences of the University of Panama. The research is descriptive since the situational context of the program will be examined at a given time. For gathering the information, three questionnaires will be used, one for each group of the population studied, as adaptations of Chaparro and Vega (2007) questionnaires. The three questionnaires were structured based on a Likert Scale, with five response options, evaluating the dimensions of the organizational climate: structure, reward, relationships and identity. In general terms, the results highlight that the organizational climate of the Master's Program in Applied Statistics has a high level of compliance and acceptance by the three segments studied El concepto de clima organizacional es un tema que provoca la atención de profesionales de diferentes disciplinas, definido como la incidencia que tiene la organización en aspectos de carácter psicológico, dentro de los individuos. El objetivo de la investigación es  evaluar el clima organizacional entre alumnos, profesores y funcionarios administrativos vinculados al programa de Maestría en Estadística Aplicada de la Facultad de Ciencias Naturales, Exactas y Tecnología de la Universidad de Panamá. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva ya que se examinará el contexto situacional del programa en un momento dado. Para la recopilación de la información, se utilizarán tres cuestionarios, uno para cada grupo de la población de estudio, los cuales son adaptaciones propias de los cuestionarios de Chaparro y Vega (2007).  Los tres cuestionarios se estructuraron en una escala tipo Likert, con cinco opciones de respuesta, evaluando las dimensiones del clima organizacional: estructura, recompensa, relaciones e identidad.  En términos generales, los resultados destacan que el clima organizacional del programa de la Maestría en Estadística Aplicada posee un alto nivel de conformidad y aceptación por parte de los tres segmentos estudiados.
