Para ello se ha efectuado una investigaciónbibliográfica, que se ha estructura de la siguientemanera: conceptos teóricos sobre la cooperaciónempresarial, el proceso de cooperación empresarial enpymes, modelos de cooperación para las pymes, y losobjetivos de la cooperación en pymes.La cooperación puede ayudar a la empresa, por unaparte, a afrontar el reto estratégico actual de obtenercapacidades cada vez mayores, en un tiempo cada vezmás corto, manteniendo o mejorando la flexibilidad; ypor otra parte a responder a esa preocupación por laeficiencia económica y organizacional.La cooperación puede permitir un mayor acceso delas pymes a la financiación a largo plazo, liberándolasdel coste que supone la elevada proporción de recursosajenos a corto plazo que caracteriza la estructurafinanciera de estas. ABSTRACTThe smes (Small and medium companies) theyshould evolve and to not get ready to be competitivealone at national level but also at international level,overcoming their difficulties and limitations.The objective of the present work is to analyze theprocess of managerial cooperation in smes, cooperationmodels and the objectives of the cooperation in smes.For it has been made it a bibliographical investigationthat structure in the following way is had: theoreticalconcepts on the managerial cooperation, the process ofmanagerial cooperation in smes, cooperation modelsfor the smes, and the objectives of the cooperation insmes.The cooperation can help to the company, on onehand, to confront the current strategic challenge ofobtaining capacities every bigger time, at one time moreand more short, maintaining or improving the flexibility;and on the other hand to respond to that concern forthe economic and organizational efficiency.The cooperation can allow a bigger access fromthe smes to the long term financing, liberating themof the cost that supposes of resources it’s differents inthe short term that characterizes the financial structurethemselves.
