This article reviews the main regulations and actions of the State, placing special emphasis on those measures in the field of education Abordar el papel del Estado costarricense frente al femicidio requiere examinar las medidas tomadas por los gobiernos, sus obligaciones normativas y su traducción en políticas públicas, para garantizar la protección y la vivencia plena de los derechos humanos de las mujeres.
