Quartier where the environmental comfort produced in one of its apartments is studied based on different aspects of its design such as windows orientation, windows size, sun shading, within others that can affect its energy efficiency. The P.H. Quartier is in the town of San Francisco, it has a commercial ground floor and thirty-three floors of residential apartments. For this study, a 3D model of the building was used as a basis and the direct solar incidence was analyzed in one of the apartments on the 28th floor (apartment model C). As a result, it was observed that direct sunlight enters the common spaces and rest area of the apartment because it does not have the minimum dimensioning of eaves and the window-wall ratio. El presente informe muestra el análisis hecho del diseño arquitectónico del edificio residencial P.H. Quartier donde se estudia el confort ambiental producido en uno de sus apartamentos basándonos en diferentes aspectos del diseño su envolvente como factor de protección, tamaño de la ventana, orientación de ventana, entre otros que influyen en su eficiencia energética. El P.H. Quartier está ubicado en el corregimiento de San Francisco, cuenta con una planta baja comercial y treinta y tres pisos de apartamentos residenciales. Para la realización de este estudio se utilizó como base un modelado 3D del edificio y se analizó la incidencia solar directa en uno de los apartamentos del piso 28 (apartamento modelo C). Como resultado se pudo observar que se produce una entrada de luz solar directa en los espacios comunes y área de descanso del apartamento debido a que este no cuenta con el dimensionamiento mínimo de aleros y la relación ventana pared.
