For its preparation, a bibliographic study was carried out, accompanied by a descriptive analysis of the information associated with the effectiveness of each phase, resulting in regular levels of effectiveness accompanied by specific problems of each phase that limit the optimal functioning of the system El presente trabajo pretende demostrar los niveles de eficacia con los que se ejecutan las actividades metodológicas de vigilancia en las organizaciones, identificando fases y deficiencias en su aplicación.
