This study was conducted in the second semester of the 2021 academic year with a population sample of at least 3 students per faculty. In relation to the main topic, the study seeks to compile the most common difficulties that arise in the teaching-learning process, taking as main variables of influence the student's experience, the performance of the information facilitators (teachers), their perception regarding the knowledge acquired and the educational tools used; being able to observe that there is no uniform educational process causing all students to have a different experience and therefore, affecting the teaching-learning process of the university student population. El artículo presentado pretende plantear como objetivo fundamental la identificación de las dificultades que experimentan los estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional de Panamá en el proceso virtual de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Este estudio se ha realizado en el segundo semestre del año lectivo 2021 con una muestra poblacional de mínimo 3 estudiantes por facultad. En relación al tema principal, el estudio busca recopilar las dificultades más comunes que se presentan en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje, tomando como principales variables de influencia la experiencia del estudiante, el desempeño de los facilitadores de información (docentes), su percepción en cuanto al conocimiento adquirido y las herramientas educativas utilizadas; pudiéndose observar que no existe un proceso educativo uniforme causando que todos los estudiantes tengan una experiencia distinta y por ende, se afecte el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje de la población estudiantil universitaria.
