The opcion for development with a focus on solidarity, with the perspective of the cultural, territorial and health rights is being put foward. Se hace un balance del Proyecto Hidroeléctrico de Boruca, su carácter estratégico y en torno a los actores involucrados. Se toma en cuenta el beneficio de la iniciativa del Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad, (ICE) y se analizan los costos que acarrea el llevar a cabo, el proceso de negociación, el impacto social y el respeto al criterio de los aborígenes.
