The management of marine resources, the resolution of territorial disputes and the implementation of international law are crucial aspects that require a multidisciplinary approach and cooperative dynamics among nations. Considering the upcoming World Ocean Summit in 2025, it is imperative to recognize that cooperation and conflict are paramount to the discipline of International Relations, due to their impact on global security, economy and sustainability. El presente número 97.2 de la Revista Relaciones Internacionales reúne diversidad de tópicos de la agenda internacional, con un particular interés en las realidades de nuestros mares y océanos, en línea con la misión de la Revista de aportar a la discusión académica, con espacios de rigurosidad y naturaleza científica para las personas pertenecientes a la academia y la sociedad en general, interesadas en el conocimiento y la discusión de estas importantes temáticas. La gestión de los recursos marinos, la resolución de disputas territoriales y la implementación del derecho internacional son aspectos cruciales que requieren un enfoque multidisciplinario y dinámicas cooperativas entre las naciones. De cara a la realización de la próxima Cumbre Mundial de los Océanos en el 2025, es imprescindible reconocer que la cooperación y el conflicto son primordiales para la disciplina de las Relaciones Internacionales, debido a su impacto en la seguridad, economía y sostenibilidad global.
