Considering an approach to biometric technologies, the data collected and their processing, these concepts are analyzed in the light of the privacy and intimacy sphere of the human being. El trabajo aborda el ligamen existente entre las tecnologías de corte biométrico utilizadas para la investigación comercial y empresarial, su relación e incidencia para con la esfera personal y neuro-conductual del individuo, señalando los conceptos adyacentes al Derecho Neural de la persona y la afectación que este podría sufrir por la invasividad de las tecnologías utilizadas, considerando para esto, un enfoque en las herramientas biométricas, los datos recabados y su tratamiento, temas que son analizados a las luz de la esfera de privacidad e intimidad del ser humano.
