Para ello se esbozan algunos retos y desafíos que debe encarar la administración educativa escolar como son los valores, la educación para la paz y la inteligencia emocional, no sin antes mencionar algunos elementos en torno a la pedagogía científica y positivista, la teoría de sistemas. En las reflexiones finales se hace mención de cómo es necesario replantear la administración educativa sin perder de vista que ésta debe ser asumida de manera participativa por todos los miembros del centro escolar.Palabras clave: pedagogía, administración, escuela, valores, inteligencia emocional.Abstract. The article tried to explain the pedagogical and how the education administration is about. Also mention some challenger as values, education to the peace, emotional intelligence could be involved in the education administration. In the final reflection is necessary to understand that administration must be implicit for all members of the institution.Keywords: pedagogical, administration, school, values, emotional intelligence.
