La repercusión fundamental de las NTIC cuando se aplican al campo de la formación y al aprendizaje, radica en la posibilidad que ofrecen para romper las variables clásicas en las que se apoyan los modelos de enseñanza tradicional. Resulta indiscutible que la educación de un individuo en la sociedad actual no puede considerarse como tal si no incluye una preparación para convivir con las NTIC. En este trabajo se analiza el impacto que producen las NTIC en la educación.Palabras Clave: Nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación, Educación, Digitalización, Multimedia, Internet.AbstratThe sudden transfer of the industrial era to the era of the information has been facilitated by two important characteristics of the NTIC and the media: the digitalization and the ramified distribution of the information. The fundamental repercussion of the NTIC when they are applied to the field of the formation and the learning, it resides in the possibility that you/they offer to break the classic variables in those that the models of traditional teaching lean on. It is unquestionable that the education of an individual in the current society cannot be considered as such if it doesn't include a preparation to cohabit with the NTIC.
