The Office Procedures course of the Escuela de Secretariado Profesional from Universidad Nacional covers topics related to the appropriate management of administrative activities in the modern office. It has a methodology focused on the theoretical analysis of the contents and the constant practice through dramas, simulations, demonstrations, visits to institutions, among others, in order to promote the familiarization of students with the secretarial and administrative techniques of public and private organizations. This article allows knowing the students’ perception about the effectiveness of the different didactic strategies used to propitiate the achievement of the samecurricular objective throughout three years, 2017, 2018 and 2019, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each one of the strategies. El curso Procedimientos de Oficina I de la Escuela de Secretariado Profesional de la Universidad Nacional abarca temáticas relacionadas con la apropiada gestión de actividades administrativas en la oficina moderna. Tiene una metodología enfocada en el análisis teórico de los contenidos y la constante práctica por medio de dramas, simulaciones, demostraciones, visitas a instituciones, entre otros, con el fin de promover la familiarización de los discentes con las técnicas secretariales y administrativas propias de las organizaciones públicas y privadas. Este artículo permite conocer la percepción de los educandos sobre la efectividad de las diferentes estrategias didácticas utilizadas para propiciar el logro de un mismo objetivo curricular a lo largo de tres años: 2017, 2018y 2019, así como las ventajas y desventajas de cada una de las estrategias.
