This research focused on analyzing the dissemination actions for a sustainable university management promoted by the Secretarial School in the career of commercial education, 2015-2016. Specifically, it sought to: a) diagnose the disclosure resources that encourage an increase in the number of students of the major, b) to determine the disclosure alternatives that the Secretarial School has with respect to the major and C) design a model of monitoring and control of strategic actions in support of the dissemination processes of the target-major. One of the most  significant results was the urgent need to promote processes of management, production, socialization and training oriented to improve the quality of personal and professional life of all the architects of the University process (teachers, learners and administrators). This was possible due to a deep investigation of field, where the voices of the actors in the process of educational management (outside and inside the University scene) were analyzed. Esta investigación tiene como propósito analizar las acciones de divulgación para una gestión universitaria sostenible promovidas por la Escuela de Secretariado Profesional en la carrera de Educación Comercial en el período comprendido 2015-2016. Se plantearon los siguientes objetivos específicos: 1) diagnosticar los recursos de divulgación que propicien un incremento en la cantidad de estudiantes de la carrera meta, 2) determinar las alternativas de divulgación que tiene la Escuela de Secretariado Profesional con respecto a la carrera en Educación Comercial y 3) diseñar un modelo de monitoreo y control de las acciones estratégicas en apoyo a los procesos de divulgación de la carrera meta. Uno de los resultados más significativos fue la urgente necesidad de impulsar procesos de gestión, producción, socialización y formación orientados a elevar la calidad de vida personal y profesional de todos los artífices del proceso universitario(docentes, discentes y administrativos). Lo anterior fue posible debido a una profunda indagación de campo, en donde las voces de los actores del proceso de gestión educativa (fuera y dentro del escenario universitario) fueron analizadas.
