Likewise, it gives a reference to the contributions of neurosciences regarding free will and its possible incidence in the field of Criminal Law. En el artículo se exponen las diversas concepciones de la culpabilidad penal, así como una referencia a la libertad de decisión como presupuesto material para esta categoría de la teoría del delito. Asimismo, se realiza una referencia a los aportes de las neurociencias respecto al libre albedrío y su posible incidencia en el campo del Derecho Penal.
