El delito de seducción, o encuentros con menores, por medios electrónicos previsto en el artículo 167 bis del Código Penal se construyó a partir de una visión adulto céntrica; el principal problema de su redacción actual es que permite la represión penal juvenil de las conversaciones y los acercamientos de índole sexual entre adolescentes en condiciones de paridad.
