With this purpose, a brief review of the concepts of Neuroscience and Neurolaw will be made, to give a necessary scientific context, to later analyze some elements that must be considered when evaluating a testimony. El presente artículo tiene como finalidad estudiar el valor del testimonio, en especial de su credibilidad, confrontándolo con los avances en el sistema nervioso. Con este fin se hará un breve repaso sobre los conceptos de Neurociencia y Neurolaw, con el fin de dar el contexto científico necesario, para posteriormente analizar algunos elementos que deben tomarse en cuenta al momento de valorar un testimonio.
