ENFOQUE CRIMINOLÓGICO A LA POLÍTICA CRIMINAL EN MATERIA DE COMUNICACIÓN PARTE II Rodríguez Monserrat, Manuel Iglesias Castro, Juan Jesús In today's world a terrorist group has managed to seize a territory and establish a factual state. The DÁESH imposes its law in part of Syria, Libya and Iraq but its influence is global. The Internet carries the message of Jihad to potential adherents around the world whether Muslim or not. A message that promises hope, honor and a better life in a convulsive world and a Western society weary of itself and prone to the sensationalism and paroxysm proper to the absence of equilibria. The present study takes into account all the factors that explain this phenomenon from a multidisciplinary perspective taking into account the historical, geopolitical, sociological, philosophical, legal-criminal and criminological prism to unravel the rise of Islamic terrorism and its essential characteristics as a way of minimizing its effects. Keywords: Terrorism, propaganda, purpose, Islam En el mundo actual un grupo terrorista ha logrado hacerse con un territorio y establecer un Estado fáctico. El DÁESH impone su ley en parte de Siria, Libia e Irak pero su influencia es global. Internet lleva el mensaje de la Yihad a potenciales adeptos en todo el mundo sean musulmanes o no. Un mensaje que promete esperanza, honor y una vida mejor en un mundo convulso y una sociedad occidental hastiada de sí misma y propensa al sensacionalismo y el paroxismo propios de la ausencia de equilibrios. El presente estudio tiene en cuenta todos los factores   que   explican   este   fenómeno   desde   una   perspectiva   multidisciplinar atendiendo al prisma histórico, geopolítico, sociológico, filosófico, jurídico-penal y criminológico   para   desentrañar   el   ascenso   del   terrorismo   islámico   y   sus características esenciales como forma de minimizar sus efectos.   Palabras clave: Terrorismo, propaganda, fines, islam.
