En este contexto, el autor aborda el tema de la ética judicial como un conjunto de comportamientos necesarios para satisfacer los intereses comprometidos con el ejercicio de la actividad judicial y la aceptación de las decisiones de las audiencias. Trata de establecer la falta de relación entre el comportamiento en la vida privada del juez con la calidad de la decisión.
