In 143 patients who attended the Consultation for presenting the diagnosis of Diabetic Foot, belonging to the health area of the “Francisco Caamaño Deño” Polyclinic, municipality of Colombia, Las Tunas from January 2023 to December 2023, the female sex predominated with 79 cases. the age group of 60 and over was the most, overweight and obesity according to the nutritional category of BMI and the risk factors with the highest incidence were a history of ulcers and diabetic neuropathy, followed by anatomical deformities. The response to the therapeutic scheme and the degree of satisfaction with the application of the treatment were 97.9% satisfactory. Con el propósito de conocer el impacto de la aplicación del factor de crecimiento epidérmico recombinante en una formulación denominada Heberprot- P en la úlcera del pie diabético por la elevada incidencia de estos pacientes dispensarizados en la Consulta de Cura, se realizó una investigación observacional descriptivo, en 143 pacientes que asistieron a la Consulta por presentar el diagnóstico de Pie Diabéticos, perteneciente al área de salud del Policlínico “Francisco Caamaño Deño”, municipio de Colombia, Las Tunas desde enero 2023 a diciembre 2023, predominó el sexo femenino con 79 casos, el grupo de edad de 60 y más años fue el más, el sobrepeso y la obesidad según la categoría nutricional de IMC y los factores de riesgo de mayor incidencia los antecedentes de úlceras y neuropatía diabética, seguido de las deformidades anatómicas. La respuesta al esquema terapéutico y el grado de satisfacción con la aplicación del tratamiento resultaron satisfactoria en un 97,9 %.
