A componente de educação cívica e a aprendizagem obtida por um grupo de alunos formados no BEESEC da UNA Blanco Chacón, Luis Benavides Mora, Luis Gómez Gamboa, Verónica Murillo Guzmán, Luis Adrián critical citizenship Social Studies Civic Education initial training teaching ciudadanía crítica Estudios Sociales Educación Cívica formación inicial docencia cidadania crítica Estudos Sociais Educação cívica Formação inicial Educação This article has as object of study the identification and analysis of the learning obtained by a group of four students graduated from Baccalaureate in the Teaching of Social Studies and Civic Education (BEESEC) in 2020 by the Universidad Nacional, within the component of Civic Education belonging to the current curriculum of the career approved in 2017 and whether or not this promotes a critical citizenship. The foregoing to rethink the processes of Initial Teacher Training (hereinafter FID) of the graduated teachers. To carry out the described, a qualitative methodology was used in which the discussion group technique was applied and the data were interpreted through open and axial coding. Este artículo tiene como objeto de estudio la identificación y análisis de los aprendizajes obtenidos por un grupo de cuatro estudiantes graduados de Bachillerato en la Enseñanza de los Estudios Sociales y Educación Cívica en 2020 por la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, dentro del componente de Educación Cívica perteneciente al actual plan de estudios de la carrera aprobado en 2017. El objetivo principal es conocer si de dicho programa se promueve o no una ciudadanía crítica. Lo anterior para repensar los procesos de formación inicial docente (en adelante FID) del profesorado egresado. Para llevar a cabo lo descrito se utilizó una metodología de orden cualitativo en la cual se aplicó la técnica del grupo de discusión y se interpretaron los datos por medio de la codificación abierta y axial. Este artigo tem como objeto de estudo a identificação e análise da aprendizagem obtida por um grupo de quatro alunos de pós-graduação do Bacharelado em Ensino de Estudos Sociais e Educação Cívica (doravante BEESEC) em 2020 pela Universidade Nacional, no âmbito da Educação Cívica componente (doravante EC) pertencente ao atual plano de estudos da licenciatura aprovado em 2017 e se a cidadania crítica é ou não promovida a partir do referido programa. O anterior é repensar os processos de Formação Inicial de Professores (doravante FID) dos professores graduados. Para realizar o que foi descrito, foi utilizada uma metodologia qualitativa na qual foi aplicada a técnica de grupo de discussão e os dados foram interpretados por meio de codificação aberta e axial.
