This supposes that associations, collectives, and social movements generate collective actions, positive social capital, and public discourse according to promotion and protection of human rights. La sociedad civil ha sido estudiada desde los elementos que la componen, sin embargo, poca literatura lo hace desde la perspectiva de la civilidad. Esta implica una postura de las organizaciones, colectivos y movimientos sociales cuya finalidad sea generar acciones colectivas, un capital social positivo y un discurso público coincidente con la promoción y protección de los derechos humanos.
